Platō Coffee has quickly become a beloved spot for locals, with its recent expansion to Sandton adding to its popularity. Enticed by the buzz, my partner and I decided to check out the Garsfontein location.

We enjoyed the peaceful ambience of their courtyard, where young trees showed promise of growing into a vibrant green retreat. We decided to sample their ham and cheese croissant from the menu, and it was truly delightful.

What truly impressed us, though, was the warm and welcoming service. It elevated our coffee experience from merely satisfying to genuinely delightful.

While the cafe may have limited street parking, don’t let that deter you. Conveniently, there’s ample parking available in the adjacent lot of 10 Rounds Gym.
