What sets Cornerstone Auto Spares apart from other companies in this list is they sell both new and used auto parts. We like how the company is very transparent with the pros and cons of buying secondhand parts compared to brandnew units.

Several past customers had issues with this, as there were cases where representatives would say a particular car part is available, and when the customer comes by the shop, they were told it was actually not.

What’s worse, some customers had to sit in the shop for hours to wait for their order, only to be told that they don’t have it yet and instead will assist in procuring it from someplace else.

We think this is appalling service and causes customers a lot of inconveniences. We hope Cornerstone Auto Spares addresses this issue and improve its advertisement and customer treatment.

They’re also commended for fast deliveries. We’re told most of their customer receive their order within 48 hours, which is impressive. 

QSV is regularly busy and some customers complain about the very long waiting time once you’re at the shop. Unfortunately, callers are often put on hold for a long time too, which can be frustrating.

In addition, there are several grievances regarding QSV’s poor customer service. We’re disappointed to hear that there are customers who experienced dealing with unattentive and arrogant staff members.
