It could be a challenge booking an appointment with them though as we hear they’re often fully booked. Clients even mention that Great South Autobody would have to park some vehicles outside the garage because they’re full, which isn’t ideal safety-wise.

Although their technicians are reportedly great with their hands, we hear there are several grievances caused by miscommunication and unclear plans.

We suggest Great South Autobody trains their staff in dealing with customers and their questions and requests to avoid mishaps and save resources.

What we find noteworthy about Martins Motor Sport is aside from providing auto repairs, they also sell used car parts, which is a cheaper alternative to brand-new part replacements if the customer is looking to save. 

Their past customers are generally happy with the workmanship Martins Motor Sport provides. We were told their repair works are polished and the technicians they provide are professionals.

Considering their great performance in most jobs, we’re disappointed to hear grumbles about cases where Martins Motor Sport’s technicians gave inaccurate diagnoses. This is a concerning issue that needs to be addressed as mistakes can risk drivers’ lives.

We noted that their customer service needs a lot of work, too. We hear that there are cases where customers try to file a complaint to their administration staff; however, they’re sometimes difficult to get ahold of.
