Their home health care services are in-demand for their cheaper care plans. We’re told that their rates are among the lowest in the market. You can enquire about their prices personally or through the email addresses available on their website.

One of SA Nanny’s unique features is they offer assistance in contracting and general administration in case you’re interested to hire a care worker outside of their roster. 

Basically, they’ll handle all the paperwork, as well as the payslips, registration, and other administrative tasks. We love this idea as it allows clients to hire a caregiver privately.

CareChamp is one of the most sought-after and highly-rated home care service providers in Johannesburg and Pretoria. The positive regard they receive from previous clients is overwhelming.

We love how well they build relationships with clients. In our opinion, this is a crucial factor in providing high-quality patient care.

They offer several types of care programmes: frail care, post-operative care, disability care, dementia care, companion care, relief care, palliative care, and child and baby care.

CareChamp provides their services for one-day care, recurring bookings, fixed daily, as well as 24-hour care. Moreover, they also provide training workshops for starting family caregivers. 

It’s a plus for us that this company is well-staffed with registered nurses and trained caregivers. CareChamp also has companions who help out and work part-time.

Caregivers West Rand also has a pretty good patient monitoring practice. Once a patient is enrolled in one of their care programmes, a management staff member will visit the patient’s home regularly to check on them.

Nonetheless, we’re sad to say that their customer support isn’t as strong. There are some complaints from potential clients about how Caregivers West Rand’s customer service representatives seem inactive in responding to inquiries.

Also, take into consideration that Caregivers West Rand is based outside the city.
